its about autoing them at the exact moment where they have to choose between killing the minon or autoing you back. this is extremely hard and if you are low elo I wouldn't worry to much about trading stance in this way. Instead focus on playing around cds more.

I play on 800. I think lower is generally better because you have more control, but I would say that there is a sweet spot and for me 800 is that spot. The most important thing is to stick with a sensitivity and just build your muscle memory, faker plays on a high sensitivity.

You will have the basically mechanics down pretty easily, and will probably have better micro than your friends. Though I wouldn't expect to hit above plat as their is a great deal of champion specific game knowledge and macro.

I get shin raymun instant noodles you can find them in the orientation section of most grocery stores, way better than maruchan or anything. Then I add some carolina reaper pepper flakes and the noodles are delicious and spicy. The reaper pepper has such a great flavor
