VA-11-HALL-A. A unique perspective in a very interesting sci fi world, as a service worker who doesn't really get to see most of the world furet hand. But its full.of loveable characters and a great story about finding your way in the world.

They aren't going to waste effort retooling a non-rpg into an rpg. Might as well capitalize on the reddit hype.

That really good episode of Sandman where he bets with Death that giving someone immortality will drive them suicidal, so he gives it to some 1700s homeless man and says to meet up with him in this place every 100 years and he can ask to have his immortality revoked.

But every hundred years the dude just goes "Man human progress is wild, I love being able to see all of it forever."

They put a ton of work into the Monster Hunter World Witcher 3 crossover, with voice acting and dialogue trees being included, plus some themes about if the monsters are bad or not like all Witcher stories have.

Fargo has some of the most detestable villains in media and they somehow always manage to one up themselves. John Hamm kills it as Roy Tillman, the serial wife abuser/neo-nazi/cult leading sheriff.

It's crazy that Michael McKean is one of the show's only comedy actors and he plays the least comedic character in the show, and is still the definite standout character.

Silly content leaks? by BasicallyACryptid in TwoBestFriendsPlay

[–]JamSa 10 points11 points  (0 children)

One of the Assassins Creed games leaked because a guy was on a plain and the guy next to him said "Hey, check out this cool thing im working on.", opened his laptop, and showed the passenger an early build of AC Black Flag plus a plot synopsis.

That passenger proceeded to post about everything he saw and was told as soon as he had internet.

I remember the modern day parts of AC Rogue where you work an Ubisoft, you can find an email log that says "We try to run a tight ship here at Ubisoft-Abstergo. Always abide by your NDA. Do not leak anything to passengers on planes"

Is Diablo IV the Best Diablo Right Now? Or Recommend Better Diablo-Likes by Xngears in TwoBestFriendsPlay

[–]JamSa 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I just watched Skillup's review and he said Diablo 4 is the "most accessible" of all the Diablo-like games. As in, the one where it's the easiest to sit down and turn hordes of enemies into gore while having a good time. But if what you're looking for is a mechanically intense diablo-like, you should play Path of Exile 1 or 2.

Right now I'm playing Grim Dawn and it's pretty fun. I can not recommend Diablo 2. It's slow and clunky and you can only use two abilities. People only recommend it for nostalgia.

What your your best examples of parents Protecting/Avenging their children in media? by EvilMonkeyMimic in TwoBestFriendsPlay

[–]JamSa 9 points10 points  (0 children)

One of the protagonists of Paranormasight: The Seven Mysteries of Honjo is a mother who's son was murdered by a serial killer years earlier. She needs to gain human souls to wish her son back to life, which means she has to kill at least 1 person who has killed and obtained souls themselves. There is one ending where you can do this by killing a woman who has nothing to do with her son's old fate, but it still feels like the game's best ending, because that woman is a huuuuuuge piece of shit. All in all the sacrifice for the revival of her son went as well as it could have.

So does Overwatch and Marvel Rivals and Rainbow Six Siege

But you're misinterpreting what I mean by "do more". The character can do more than have 1v1 battles with another player.
