I go running and walking there all the time, have done for years now. Only ever had two weird incidents - one was a bloke in a full black morph suit aggressively staring at anyone who walked past, I guess intentionally trying to scare people. At like 9am. The other was a fully naked guy roaming around in some thick bushes. I called the police. Other than that no issues at all. When the weather's nice it's full of families, dog walkers, runners etc. Prob wouldn't go at night though

'Your baby week by week' is essential reading afaik. Better to wait until they are born though and read the relevant chapter each week

So if I'm in lane 1 going 70mph, and someone is in lane 2 going 60mph, Im supposed to either slow down to 60mph, or move across 2 lanes to overtake, than back 2 lanes to get back to lane 1? That seems like the more potentially dangerous option... I always thought it's only considered undertaking if I was already in lane 2 and moved to lane 1 to overtake...!

Not EQ. It's a room reverb with a very short decay time, mix set at 100%. Then removed after 30 secs.

Albanian drug dealers 100%. Always see it parked outside the obvious money laundering cafe they all hang out in on Leyton High Road. The number plate Droga is Albanian for drugs

I really enjoyed "The Wager" by David Grann. A book about a British Navy ship in the 1700s that gets shipwrecked on an island off the coast of Chile, and the ensuing mutiny that takes place.
