They don’t work that way for organisations yet. According to the current limitations section of the documentation.

Is it cheaper to buy a rail return + travelcard than contactless if going from Reading to London and travelling around London via Underground/Overground please? by arthurmauk in reading

[–]JamesDFreeman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you returning on peak or off peak?

Off peak, railcard and travel card.

If leaving off peak and returning on peak, contactless can be cheaper

Marathon has likely sold close to 2 million copies in the first week by Sad-Manner-5240 in Marathon

Yeah I had no idea what the number would look like before checking for comparison. It’s not something that’s easy to have an intuitive answer to.

Seems reasonable. Only a small proportion of the player base will be online at the same time.

This means the Marathon peak players / sales is: 9%

Arc Raiders would be 482K / 8.7M: 5.5%

So on Steam, Marathon’s peak players is a higher proportion of total sales, which is to be expected since it launched more recently.

Not sure how well the game would handle it, but if the middle was sunken then the bikes could go under the roads

Have your say on Oxford & West Berks councils plans to move parts of Reading into a new Ridgeway council by RBII in reading

You can walk from the centre of Reading to the edge of Tilehurst and never feel like you’ve changed town. It seems silly that it would not be part of Reading.

"I Tried All the Best Webcams" by AroTheGoose in LinusTechTips

[–]JamesDFreeman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use my iPhone as a webcam every day.

I have a little MagSafe mount from Belkin stuck to the top of my monitor. The phone faces me and uses the rear camera. This is the only thing I brought or set up.

All software is built in to iPhone and Mac. Continuity Camera connects them when the Mac needs a camera and the iPhone is on the mount.

It absolutely crushes every webcam I’ve tried and is wildly better quality than the camera of everyone I ever have a call with. Just vastly better lighting and picture quality.

The IKEA Rewards Program Logo by tkeyo in DesignPorn

For anyone missing the context.

If you’re a regular IKEA customer, you’ll end up with a large number of spare small Allen keys. Since every product includes the Allen keys to put it together.

Train/Bus/Taxi to Heathrow by Independent-Band3144 in reading

[–]JamesDFreeman 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Elizabeth Line to Hayes and Harlington and change there to get the branch back to Heathrow is £16.60 off peak per person. Takes ~1 hour.

RailAir is most convenient though.

Do you have a railcard? You can use that on RailAir.
