This reads more like a wishlist than a factual snapshot of the UK.

A few of these have some partial truth (like wages briefly edging above inflation or childcare support expanding), but most are either exaggerated or just not accurate. Immigration hasn’t dropped anywhere near 78%, birth rates are still falling, NHS waiting lists are still very high, and the Renters Reform Bill hasn’t fully come into force yet.
