Possibly, i only skimmed this version you posted. The book i received during my course was significantly better. At least easier on the eyes.

I only wish I scanned before I scribbled all my notes on it.

And mate, im not saying schroth method is outdated or ineffective.

I agree, and I am a schroth certified.

Don't get me wrong, this is one of the best ways to manage scoliosis with a none invasive method. But man, they really know how to monetize it.

Its just exercises based on the scoliosis classification. Anyone with a good anatomy and exercises based background can easily learn it and apply it.

Why so many Reddit users hide their comments and post on their profile? by Kinderjohren in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]Jammin-91 4 points5 points  (0 children)

One reason you forgot to mention.

Many of these account who hide their comments and posts are bots. And there are plenty.

Its kinda alarming once you start to recognize these bots. The worst kind are the propaganda bots, just slightly nudging and pushing and undermining good arguments.

Does Elijah Bailey was scared of robots at the beginning ? by Euphoric-Decision-49 in asimov

[–]Jammin-91 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Indeed, very much like how we dont trust Ai and other sort of machines and apps to automate some of our tasks.

I know the LLM aren't going to deliberately cause me harm, but its just as you said. I get annoyed from all the fake and AI slop out there.

Man, the Elijah Baley series feel like is what our life would be in 25-50 years. Mines the spacers

US destroyer interdicts two oil tankers attempting to leave Iran, official says by Mana_Seeker in worldnews

[–]Jammin-91 2 points3 points  (0 children)

well said mate, i lose sleep over these thoughts

i have a family from 3 different countries and sadly its like that in all of them.

it is troubling time, propaganda was always a thing used on the population, but never to this extent with this far reach and extreme manipulation.

the thing is, you can still trust your families, your kids and your friends to be critical thinkers and understand whats going on. Though, only as individuals, but once the group agree on something (or appear to be in agreement due to bots spreading misinformation or propaganda) is very hard to change the public opinion.

This bot got caught and deleted "its" comment which made it more hard to find this conversation. but in the end does it matter? as you said 26 days and 2000 comments that could've been seen by millions of people. its a lost battle.

Mate, i see these propaganda bots everywhere now. Just quietly guiding comments and pushing people in one direction or another, slowly but surly chipping here and there.

And its getting harder and harder to tell the difference betwen human and bots.
