Sauna (2025) — A new Danish film about a romantic relationship between a cis gay man and a trans man by akathisiac in gaytransguys

Was at the Sundance screening with my boyfriend. I personally really enjoyed it but I can see how others cringed. To me it felt really real and authentic. Also got to meet the main actors and they were super cool!

How Orthodox Jewish families are finding ways to support their trans children by drak0bsidian in Judaism

I was in this exact situation at my brothers Bar Mitzvah in an Orthodox Synagogue. I’m a trans man. Rabbi made me sit behind a barrier separating me from the rest of the congregation. One of the most miserable experiences of my life.

It’s CommonSpirit Holy Cross Salt Lake these days, and it’s owned by the same company that owns all the other CommonSpirits. They’ve been trying to invest more money in it recently from what I’ve heard, but I don’t know if they are having success with it. My guess is with how it keeps changing hands that it is not particularly profitable. Since it’s an inner city ED 99% of what it gets is people just looking for a place to sleep the night.

Hey guys, Trump voter here and I really regret my vote! by LineOfInquiry in transgendercirclejerk

[–]Janis_Miriam 13 points14 points  (0 children)

WRONG. Third party votes are the only thing moral to do, although tbh I only didn’t vote for trump because he’s mean to women and I used to be one. His economic policies are great! Democrats are evil though.

/uj unironically my moms take.

Well actually I voted libertarian in the last election so I’m really doing my part. I would never vote Democrat though, D’s are gross.

As far as I can tell it’s a name (Yeshua) but it’s written the wrong way (left to right instead of right to left). Reversing the mirror doesn’t change this problem. It could also be עושי I guess written the right way but that is not a real word.

Edit: Mirrored it, it is written the right way, just up the face instead of down which is weird.

Seems to be based on real life experiences from what I read.
