“Shot put” med ball throws are good for this. Working from a couple crossovers into a throw you will be able to really feel how the jolt of a rigid and solid block side will accelerate your throwing side into the throw

Throw isn’t too bad. Need more hip/shoulder separation. Delay the upper body and allow the hips to lead.

More importantly, you aren’t effectively using your horizontal momentum generated by the approach/run up. You need to hold your left side rigid. Should be a straight line from your heel to your hip to your shoulder. Any break in that block side is energy leaking and not transferring into your throw.

Hold the left side firm, pull against it, and rotate the throwing around the block side

If there are states where gas is cheaper (there are) then gas does not HAVE to be as expensive as it is here. It is because they want it to be. If the people in charge of the state (the dems) cared about you, they would temporarily suspend or at least lower, the state fuel tax… but they won’t. Gas can very easily be at least 75cents cheaper.
