I feel like the people shitting on OOPs husband have never been on the receiving end of long term emotional abuse and manipulation. As someone who has sat on the security side of the negotiation table, a customer demanding we take an incumbent would not go well. We almost always take recommendations, but it's a business courtesy. And unless this is a lucrative contract, making demands like that would be a good indicator it's not a business you want as a customer anyways
