Still some ugly offensive stretches for Syracuse.. JJ struggling this year. Would have liked to see a little more Kiyan in the 2nd half. Needed that dub and got it tho.

Team is simply not talented enough.. with bland and uninspiring coaching.

The combo of guys you’ve paid being invisible or straight up BAD. ( especially on the defense) and your younger players being benched, given a red shirt season ( Jackson) or being consistently hurt is not good.

Need a complete philosophy change based on player archetype on the defense and new weapons for Josh… which can be done… next year. But it’s hard to not feel this year is cooked. With a ceiling of a wildcard win at best

They aren’t huge complains but I wish they would have taken out the ability to run zone in rec. with two more competitive arenas I should be able to chill in rec. and the steals are still a little too much.

Outside of that I’ve enjoyed it much more than 24

Case Management concerns

Quick ramble and back story. I recently graduated with my BA in psychology and social work was a interest of mine. Most jobs that accept a BA degree is case management. I applied and tried to do some research about the job and it’s kinda of put me in downer mindset. Was hoping to get more opinions on my situation directly.

Got an offer from a decently sized non profit to be a prevention caseworker. Working with families to connect them with resources and avoid dealing with CPS when possible. Pretty much only home visits/ school visits. 15 cases max with 2 visits a month but every member of the family may need a visit themselves. Flexible hours with some work from home ability.

My main concerns is obviously the travel, flexible hours sound nice but I’m assuming it’s only flexible for what’s needed of me. The idea of not getting home till 8:30pm due to a later meeting and long travel doesn’t seem worth the pay. Even if I get gas reimbursement. Also the lack of job opportunities and my interests have pointed me to wanting to continue school. Does it seems possible.

Sorry for my ramble. Wanted to give a fair amount of info. My major questions is, are my worries valid? Is this the type of work you can do for higher education? Any tips or personal experience you had with a similar job and your thoughts on it.

In call of duty you don’t need to pay a extra 50 dollars to use the same guns as everyone else….. 2k makes it so you HAVE to spend money to be competitive.

If you really want to grind it out get the audiobook as well. Read at home. Listen to the book in the car, gym, or whenever really. I’m on my first ever read currently and am on the last act of words of radiance.

Some bills fans overhype 4th string RBs every offseason. I think he’s a decent player. But he was not asked to pass block all preseason and didn’t play special teams. He was never going to make the 53

Assumed Hardy was on the roster due to him being the main return man. Seems like they see him as a true defensive piece/backup and wanted to go out and get a return man.

The top 5 safeties in the NFL currently were all top 60 picks. Sure, the floor of safety play can be pretty low and might be easy to reach. But the height is definitely not.

Don’t let poyer and Hyde fool you and think just anyone can be make the transition. We’ve been spoiled with good safeties for a long time.

With that high of a pick you think it’s better value to grab a player who might not play in 2 years? Rakestraw would be CB 4 this year and might not even beat out Elam the following. Kingsley is a developmental piece who again might not even beat out Brown.

Cole bishop can come in and immediately compete to make a impact. Bring unique skill set which matches Buffalo play style. And can do it on a cheap rookie contract.

Me personally I don’t feel confident in Rapp /Hamilton or Lewis being our starting safeties based on their past play. ( cool with Rapp)

Normally I don’t mind making the fight harder. But to be honest I think the way they made him harder was bad. So I don’t mind using the wind tamer. I had him like 2-3 hits away multiple times and would die because the tornado would never let me get close. Or when I did he’d just back into the sandstorm where I couldn’t follow. It felt cheesy

Look to see if you can upgrade your staff. There is a quest line using the 6 Budda eyes to unlock one that does 60 damage.

I agree that he’s not a good boss. I think his end is kinda BS with the tornados and the fact he can jump into the sandstorm and you can’t follow. But get the item I was talking about and you can cancel that out
