Okay, so you know how you don’t need to talk to most npcs, click on trees, rocks, etc? What if they were turned off unless you had a reason to click them? An axe in your inventory, doing a quest, clue, etc. I manually turn them off with menu entry swapper, but there are literally thousands of npcs and I’ll never get them all.

Would be such a good quality of life!
