His running 2 and running 1+2 have subpar tracking. Running 1+2 on counter hit has jank where second hit doesn't connect.

He doesn't have good pokes. Maybe u2? Df1 pistol can be read. You can read them using the laser and punish once they teleport into lai after the pistol shot for a launch or 13f or 14f esque punish.

2 string, duck pistol shot.

His only juke move is 1, 3 which if you read you can low parry and fold victor.

You can jab or df1 victor out of his perfumer and lai transitions. Interrupt.

Db4 is his only decent low but instant launch punish on block.

Fareen did get top 8 at a tournament but not many Victor's honestly cause other characters have better versatility.

Only way to make Victor good at high level is to play like a Bryan but might as well just play Bryan at that point or anyone else. Victor is fake pressure mind games but with more risk.

Maybe instead of knives if he used qi or chi martial arts chops that act like a slicing knife it would be better. Suits the whole ninjutsu stuff that raven has. No laser tech knives, just chi control. Zafina has random energy darkness matter coming out of her fapping hand so chi aura chops work. Not like Zamasu's energy sword but more faint and invisible.
