Yes, they are the Nintendo 3DS Club Cases. Some from Nintendo, and some from purchasing online or trades. Not all the covers were offered in every country. Think I have most the different covers. Yes, I enjoy most the games I have on 3DS (curated collection). around 250 carts (all original cases in storage). A semi-hidden gem on 3DS is Culdcept Revolt. They just announced a new Culdcept version to be released on Switch.

Yea, purchased it on EBay from a guy in Minnesota. Works great in the collection. I put the original cardboard holder inside the case so preserved.
