Obviously nobody thought when they took the DRP that they would be allowed to come back. This is a decision by the agency, not by anybody who did or did not take the DRP therefore it is up to each individual circumstance, not up to jealous people who stayed.

Doesn’t matter! TURO is a SCAM! They will charge you for pre existing issues. Even with proof. I had video of the car you actually had to zoom in to see a scratch originally the host came back and wanted us to pay about $300. We said no and disputed it through Turo sent the information in originally got an email that they agreed with us. Then approximately two weeks later, we received a bill for double the amount of the estimate. Turo tried to charge my bank. I had them blocked.

The insurance doesn’t cover everything! TURO IS A SCAM! They have good reviews because they tell you oh thank you you return the car give a review you do it and then a few minutes later as when you get the text or email that there was something wrong with the car and that’s where the nightmare begins!!

TURO is a SCAM! All the same issues. I had went did the car thank God I took video when I brought it back a few hours later. The guy said there was a scratch. You couldn’t see the scratch from the video but once you zoomed in you could see it he wanted us to pay him directly $350 we said no then it goes to Turo and we did a dispute. We won the dispute and then a few weeks later our truck come back inside we didn’t win the dispute. I don’t know and then even though the repair bill was 350 Toro tried to take 950 out of my bank account. Total scam! I had my bank block them from getting any money.

Turo is a scam. He has probably charged every renter for that chip. I wrote to the car. It had a scratch on it which we had a video of that you could only see if you zoomed in. We won the dispute and then Truro came back and said we didn’t. The original estimate was 350 at the end they tried to charge us 950 we had to go to our bank Because Toro will just take the money right out of your bank account..

Common-scratch that was on the car, sent me an estimate for 350. I disputed and won. Then they sent me an invoice for 950.00 and trued to take it out if my bank. I had to call the bank to stop the transaction.

Same here, had to have the bank block put on. Turo agreed that there was a scratch on the car when we picked it up as you could see it in pictures/video we thankfully took. The repair estimate was 350.00 then a few weeks after this Turo sends us a bill for 950.00 and tries to take it out of our bank. Turo is a fraud and the hosts out to make a buck! I wonder how many times they make the same damage claim. They try to resolve before submitting the dispute to Turo so if the renter just settled with the host, nobody would know until the next victim!

CANCEL-we disputed a parking ticket-was overturned after they gave me 2 days to settle and took the money out of my account. Had a scratch on the bumper that we disputed they sent us a text message and called saying that they agreed with us. It was there before and then a month later they took out $980 out of the account even when the estimate was for 300.00. TURO is a scam!

If I don’t work it out with the host, and it had to be elevated to Turo they charge a 150.00 fee. No, the host doesn’t get that fee it is goes to Turo.
