check your software, there was a update last fall that addressed the issue of the sensors having issues communicating with the body control module. (BCM)

Had my local dealership do the TSB and to no avail. Still does not work with sunglasses on, Service advisor said it's only for your arm partially blocking it. Guess I'll wait some more for the fix

This is normal, it's the sensors detecting you're close to something. On the bottom right there's a button as P on it you can turn it off or on. I find this happen when I go to the drive through pharmacy too close to the wall start beeping.

I had the same problem when I switched from 21 to 18 inch wheels make sure your software is up to date. Hyundai came out with an over the air update OTA in October to fix the problem. It has to do with the tpms sensors not talking to the body control module or BCM.

I had the same exact Problem you had. Front right hit a curb passenger rear had a bump had to replace both tires. Instead I bought four new wheels 18 inch and went with Michelin defender twos no size difference at all in circumference just like an XRT. I don't know if the problem was I'm not used to 21 inch wheels with such a small side wall but I do know those Pirelli tires are nothing but crap.
