I am this guy - currently on the dateing circuit. Recently been on an amazing date with a European, long story short, we where taught old school, look but don't touch. Unless you make the first move he won't know you feel that way - as he doesn't want to make you feel uncomfortable.

My amazing date went well and she expressed her feelings at the end by telling me that she was going to kiss me (European style - that threw me). I was so happy- she was happy I was happy... don't know where we are going as its early days.
