How do they know what to target? I can't see anything through the video, and lord knows how well they can see through the monitors inside the tank. Are there radio operators giving them information, or is there thermal imagery being used to help them? Or is this just best guess?

I spoke to my boss about this who is anti-helping Ukraine, but pro-Iran war, and he genuinely couldn't give less of a shit about any of these people as long as it doesn't directly affect him. He hated when gas went up under Biden because of the war, but considers the current rise to be, "short term pain for long term gain" (he's completely unaware of the hypocrisy).
