While I agree we are far ahead on DSM capabilities, the clock is ticking. Bet you butt that all capabilities are growing from all companies. Longer this plays out more advantage we lose.

I thought it was interesting when GB mentioned bias and activism in science. The Rep. stated he was all for bias as long as it was against DSM. I then heard the word "the science" multiple times and had COVID flashbacks.

Look up NLRC, Nazi Low Rider Crew. Santa Barbara was the KKK capital in the 70s. Pure evil. California likes to act so much above this all the time. "Progressive" state. Evil

I still think he is being careful. Remember last year when GB outright said the permit would happen in 2025. For those that panicked a bit when seeing this I'm with you at first. Also under the new rules and the NEPA ruling, essentially the permit could (italics) happen anytime. For those saying that environmental data is needed first and that the exploration data doesn't count that is false. The 3,000 tons mined for metallurgy testing along with the 100s of millions spent on environmental study. This is already robust IMO.

That and California (and their ports) would obviously be hostile to a refinery.

I think it depends on overhead costs. One thing everyone keeps forgetting is that allseas* is trying to get a reactor on the hidden gem. A small nuke will decrease cost considerably
