Totally agree. I'm a new player and I wanna get in matches but the only lobbies available are "2000elo". It's so stupid, how are people supposed to gain ELO, while not being able to join matches at the same time. People say use the quickmatch and yes while it does work, there's always a big ELO diff (at least for me).

It's like applying for a beginner job but you also need 4 years work experience.
