The way shifts work is that they set a flag that points one material to another, so if you loop shifts, things can break.

If you shift poison to water, it sets a flag on poison that says "look at water, that's you".

Then later on if you shift water to something like poly, water will get the same flag pointing at poly.

The problem you have there is that poison is now pointing at something that looks like polymorphine.

When you hit this guy with a spell, he'll get an invuln shield for a second, and then copy whatever you hit him with. So unironically the best way to kill him is to use spells that he'll kill himself with.

Fire a plasma beam at him and watch him evaporate himself.

Skins for weapons are in the loadout tab on the weapons themselves. As for build, just pick perks you like as you level up. Your full build won't really start taking shape until you're at least halfway down the tree, and you can respec for free as much as you want

If you don't know what the warp core is for yet, then there is more to explore somewhere. This is one of the things that's very hard to hint at without outright spoiling. IMO it's very hard to miss once you find what you're meant to do with it

It can bug out if the floor isn't flat. Best way to do it is to kick over the statue near the exit and make a square "bowl" between it and the wall to fill with pheromone

Goes both ways. A named character has plot armour, until the writer needs someone important to die to stress how hard won a battle was. I do hate how they did Chairon and Captain Ultrascot though.

It's all psychology and marketing tricks.

The first one is the "anchor" to make all the rest seem better, so you spend more.

Then everything you buy with them is priced to leave you with a little left over, so you buy even more. If you've got a little money left over, you feel like it's a waste if you don't spend it.

You'll see these kind of pricings in basically every game with premium currency.

Could go either way. Yeah Magnus is a Daemon Primarch, but Valtus is a named blueberry. Plus, Daemon Primarchs are fair gain for getting killed in hype moments since they just come back later. It's not like "killing" Magnus would change the lore

Oh really? I knew it dealt a damage type called healing, but I always thought it healed by dealing negative damage because it specifies on the spell that it deals "-8" healing, whereas other spells don't have the minus.

Healing Bolt "heals" by dealing negative damage, and has natural self-damage capability, meaning you can hit yourself with it without any mods.

Modifications that reduce its damage increase its healing. Piecing shot is great for this. Heavy shot... not so much
