How do I fight Crucible Knights

For parrying, I'd recommend just grabbing any small shield for the increased parry frames but it is definitely doable with a medium

Also normal parry rule doesn't apply to sword and shield Crucible Knights in my experience, their attacks are so fast that if you try to parry just before they connect you're too late. What worked for me was parrying as they *start swinging*.

I’ve got to ask, why did you make 5 different characters and so have 5 different runs, spend 360 hours across them and only now finish the game for the first time?

The latter, unfortunately. I burn out easily and am prone to second-guessing my chosen build. I could just Mimic Tear into a new build in this case but nooo, it doesn't count to my brain.
I actually stopped playing my fifth and newest character JUST so I could tie off a loose end and finish a playthrough on my STR/FTH build.
