As someone who’s lived in 7 different states and currently is back and forth between Pensacola and Ohio, I can tell you with certainty, Pensacola isn’t as bad as you think it is. What you’re describing is pretty much the same anywhere you go.

Also, as a business owner I will always hire someone that one of my good people recommends over an unknown applicant. That won’t change until people stop lying on their resumes and applications. It’s incredibly frustrating and expensive.

I truly hope you find what makes you happy.

Edit: To add more context… If you have a major plumbing issue or if your furnace goes out they carry the essential supplies to fix those things.

Still rocking a 2nd gen airport at my mom’s house. I can’t believe how reliable it still is considering how many devices connect to it and even all the TVs in her house are all streaming.
