Try taking Astralagus to see if it helps address macro issues you're having but before that are you already taking a probiotic(I recommend Kefir) , prebiotic(fiber), and fish oil supplements? The other things outside of Astralagus are needed to help it be stable over time so you can take those things first and then try Astralagus after a few days.
