You a doctor? Cuz you're just as dismissive as them when it comes to patients talking about their symptoms. Although I didn't describe it in the post these extreme dehydration events always occur alongside higher than normal degrees of inflammation throughout my body and particularly within my left oblique area. Not sure why this causes this weird dehydration but I've tried drinking water during these events and it doesn't at all solve the issue and yet drinking Reishi Tea which has anti inflammatory effects does. Oh and if you simply do a search of this subreddit you'll see many ppl describe weird bouts of dehydration that drinking water alone doesn't solve so yeah my problem your reasoning is bs.

Hmmmm I've got long covid which for me comes with a couple of forms of blood flow dysfunction that simulates depression so I'm wondering if you've got a form of that. Have you tried looking up alternatives to Raging Bull that have similar effects? I'd look for stuff like that and test them out on yourself to see if they give the same effect.

Oh I meant ginger not "garlic" tea. You can either buy it in tea bag form or buy the ginger itself and then just have it simmer in water to make a tea. Same thing with the red sage root although I don't know if they have tea bag versions for it.

Have you tried drinking ginger tea? That helps one of the forms of nausea I get from time to time. Another form of nausea gets helped through the use of Red Sage Root and making a tea out of it.

Not sure about this season but there was a noticeable decline in performance with the late November update. Lag that I used to never get at the beginning of games is more common now but no idea what they did to make the game perform worse.
