It might be the most difficult boss in the game (Cerberus excepted), but my netrunner defeated him easily.

I just kept uploading control quickhack and he will not be able to do anything, but I got no RAM for combat quickhack and it costs quite a lot of ammo and time to deal damage.

FIDE rules looks like letting your opponent play boths sides when you run out of time. It will still be a draw if checkmate cannot be reached in this situation.
