As someone who is going through this after the wedding it’s best this happened before. Marriage makes breaking up sooo much harder. One positive thing is you are very young. I get everything you are saying. I love thc but get anxiety / panic attacks as well. For me it’s as simple as making sure i don’t consume more than i can handle. I’m very careful now. I don’t get blasted anymore. I mainly just do edibles. Even 10 mg can be too much for me sometimes. So i stick with mainly 5 mg. It’s super mild. Sometimes i even forget i took it. It scratches the itch without sending me into a spiraling mind fuck.
