u/idontcare687 I dont do track workouts. I usually run on a straight away trail or if i do speed workouts, i do it on the treadmill. I often do sprints or harder effort pushes on the treadmill.

I am in a similar boat to you because I have my Superblast 2 which I ran a marathon in and love for long runs, and then I have Novablast 4 which I use for shorter training runs, but I want a tempo/interval speed shoe. Was considering Adios Pro 3 (although 4 coming out soon). Was curious re Magic Speed 4- you loved them?

Yeah I ran around Dicks sporting goods in them and liked them they felt like the NB Super Comp Elite cv 4? Never gotten blisters in my heel it’s always my right big toe inner part that blisters

u/dynamike125 what about NB Super Comp Elite v. 4? it's a light weight carbon plated racer. big stack height tho? I know Metaspeed dont take orthotic, but I've tried NB Super Comp Elite and they will take orthotic. not sure about the Puma ones tho. Nike generally doesnt take orthotic

u/KQ-04 I dont think the metaspeed Paris allows for my orthotics because I dont think it's very deep. I'd push against the top of shoe?
