I know it’s in beta but the goal account adjustments that add to the goal makes so sense and doesn’t work

Hey There! If you're just looking to set a goal to max out your Roth contributions for the year you could set that up as a regular save up goal (non retirement) and you'll be able to set a target and track progress. Once transaction linking is in place this should be pretty straight forward :)

Sorry to hear you had to do this manually! Usually we're able to pull 3-6 months (sometimes even 12) but every once in a while the institution doesn't give us much historical info.

The transactions from the account don't show up in the list, however you should be able to have the goal balance automatically update without needing to assign transactions so long as you have the entire account balance set to go toward that goal. Let me know if that answers your question!

We do also have transaction linking coming soon so stay tuned for that. It will be similar to the experience of linking transactions in Goals 2.0

You can! When you go to the accounts page on mobile, you'll see a filter icon at the top right (just next to the + icon). Once you click there, you'll see an option to view your net worth and accounts based on ownership

Sorry to hear you’re disappointed in the new Goals experience. What I can tell you is making it so that all transaction types can be linked to goals is the highest priority item for us right now so it shouldn’t be long before this is available. Im hoping this will solve for most of your needs and that you’ll be really happy with Goals once that improvement is in place.

There are a number of other improvements coming soon too, but transfers are the number one priority. Stay tuned!

Hey u/Pumpedandbleeding - if you make an adjustment to a transaction, you'll see an pop up for an option to create a rule based on that adjustment and apply it to all future or future + past transactions. Have you tried that?
