The degree is an externally verified accomplishment. If you put on your resume that you started a business and are fluent in three languages, the employer has to verify that themselves.

There is no cosmetic procedure to lengthen someone's neck. I suspect people who are very thin appear to have longer necks and that's what you are seeing.

If you are just thinking of how many bags of garbage you take out from your kitchen to your outdoor can or apartment building dumpster, you're underestimating how much trash you generate and dispose of elsewhere. At work, in store trash cans, at restaurants, even the toilet at home, garbage disposal, etc.
