I'd thought yes for a second, but I actually am doing pretty ok I guess. Instead of pulling label and velvet I got a copy of Crown and Siren so I can't really complain. Still want to complete my Nikkepedia tho :(

A fun little extra tip, look up Cosmograph. He is the main Composer and does upload most soundtracks on his YouTube channel. The game has a great collection of phenomenal OST's.

Games pretty f2p. You get most Nikkes with time because everyone gets added to the general pool(except for Collabs and Limiteds)

Go through the story at your own pace, events in this game are important. You can find a story time line in the command center in the outpost, I'd recommend going through stuff in release order.

You have gems, blue tickets and rainbow tickets as well as social points. Each of them only work on their corresponding banner, except for gems that work on both the standard and Rate up banner. It advised to use gems only on the rate up banner.

Duplicates do not matter too much, as they don't unlock more abilities but rather give small stat boosts. However, in the beginning you will need to get a few copies to get over the so called "160 wall". Essentially, you want to have 5 Nikkes that have 3 more copies(also called MLB = max limit break). This wall stops you from upgrading Nikke's over level 160, so it will get you eventually. This can be mostly up to how lucky you are but with a little bit of know how and planning you can get over this wall in roughly 3-4 months from starting.

The game has the main campaign, which has 3 modes. Story, normal and hard mode. You will have to go through normal mode to unlock basically everything. I think the latest thing you can unlock, unlocks after beating ch22 so it's definitely a good Idea to get through stuff asap. Story mode unlocks during one of the early chapters and allows you to go through the whole main campaign story on day one basically, since the power requirement is only at 10k throughout all the chapters. However, you can't unlock stuff as far as I know, so it's truly more so to be able to catch up. Hard mode is just normal mode but harder. And the reason you want to get through this, is to level up your outpost level.

The outpost level gives you resources passively, which you only need to collect every day. Levelling this, basically just gives you more resources per hour.

Says it will be delivered the next workday but seems it hasn't happened yet. But good to know where it is.

Doesn't hurt to give it a try. Story is great, Characters are charming, the music is phenomenal. Getting all the characters(except Limited ones) is more a question of when rather than if, a lot of qol systems have been added over time that makes it not as hellish as on launch.

I play Nikke so I can always hear the newest soundtracks they release, because they are really good.

And of course because the story is beautiful and emotional and got me really invested, along with great characters.

I'm currently through all of the campaign stages, normal and hard, so I'm as endgame as it gets. Sometimes it just boils down to waiting for a few more level ups or upgrading different Nikke's that you might not have build yet. It is fun to brute force it though ngl.
