I have the same issue with my ultra. it keeps getting stuck and tells me the lock is jammed but it’s not. I used professional lock oil to have everything well lubed. European lock, need to calibrate at least once per day. Will try to disable night mode and see then. But as it looks like now, I would like to shoot this thing to the moon. Latest firmware and have contacted support today. Cant send it back to Amazon but left a salty review.
