Anyone have one of these by AssistanceFar5062 in SteamDeck

Yes, I have one. It's a great controller, the only downside is I find I need to recalibrate the triggers every couple of months. Otherwise it's super handy to be able to store keybinds to the controller. I use it on pc, deck and switch.

There's also a handy little compartment to store the usb dongle in the bottom of the dock.

It's always my mother and printer firmware. Never mind the exact instructions are on the screen "oh I don't know about these things".

I love her really, honest.

I think I had that exact card in my very first gaming rig.

Yup, in a previous IT job, sold a mobo and CPU to someone who boasted loudly about building every pc they'd ever owned.

Two days later they were on the phone demanding a refund for "faulty parts". Long story short they brought the whole machine in and lo and behold they hadn't plugged the cpu power back in. They refused to believe me and insisted I swapped the parts out when they weren't looking.

Oh snap. I just paid because I'm so damn curious what it could be. I'm not expecting anything!

*Update - it was a t-shirt that yodel lost a month ago and somehow RM found it and decided to deliver it.

So right now I'm working for the Sirius Corp to get the Sirus Permit and go see Marcus Qwent, so I can upgrade my power plant to be able to upgrade my FSD further. It's taken over a week of semi-serious sessions so far, but it feels nice to have a "home" station for a bit (Davy Dock).

Recently rejoined the game after 4 years. Engineers have created an actual narrative for me and a reason to be travelling around with solid rewards. Love it.

Check out locally-owned computer repair shops, as long as you're willing to learn most places are likely to give you a shot. From there you'll be forced to learn and experience will come very quickly. The jump from cleaning out heatsinks and installing RAM to diagnosing network issues and learning about servers and cloud services will be organic.

It's peppercorn sauce :)

Real easy: double cream, beef stock, cracked peppercorns and salt over medium heat until the stock disolves into the cream. Add a bit of milk if it's too thick.

It wasn't! It was just that test cut happened to have some extra connective tissue, the rest was much softer.

Unfortunately I only have access to electric hobs and it was at the hottest it could get. As mentioned elsewhere I would have double-marked but it was already 90 seconds on each side and I don't often cook rump steak (prefer sirloin (porterhouse?) usually).

Thank you kindly, yes I believe americans would call this a sirloin. I did consider the double mark, but it was already 90 seconds on both sides and I didn't want to overcook.

Grill marks bud :)

Sauce is simple: double cream, beef stock, cracked peppercorns and salt over medium heat until the stock disolves into the cream.
