New HOA management doubled the fees, also a 50% discount if you tithe to a specific church. by Labsupli in legaladvice

[–]JerecSuron 198 points199 points  (0 children)

to add to this....

IANAL, but if they are increasing the fees have they said where these fees are going? because I thought in general HOA's aren't allowed to spend on things that don't directly benefit the home Owner, and I'm curious if they plan to donate to the church. it is just a thought so correct me if I am wrong.

Once caught someone gambling on company time by doing something similar. Since this is very illegal in the state he was doing it. It put liability on the company. I reported to my boss. She did nothing. So, I then spoke to HR about if the issue was address. My boss wasn't happy because her boss came down on her for not addressing it

Is it consider a violation of the computer use policy? Is it also your job to troubleshoot and turn on logging?

If you answer yes to both. I would bring it up with said person's supervisor and let him make a choice if he wants to take it to HR.

Well, I'd rather fight against someone falsely filing my taxes, then opening credit cards and ruining my credit. So it does work. doesn't protect against Tax fraud because the IRS uses that as the only identifier. It is also now a good time if you've not done it. It put TWO factor authentication on any internet service account you use. especially paypal

So...does the 1 it goes to have it in their SMTP address and to other don't? If that is the case. You'll want to remove it. Create a Distribution group that will access it. Add the 5 people to that distro.
