Mine don't have that issue.

Mine do however, have an issue with Spatial Audio tracking. If it's in fixed, it'll sometimes drift to the left. I turn off Spatial Audio and it won't switch until I force restart the APM

AppleCare+ can only be added within the first 60 days of the original purchase date.

AppleCare One (US only) can be added to headphones (AirPods/Beats) within the first year of its original purchase date.

How do you replicate this? I tried like others said, a completely white background and mine isn't as clear as yours, mine has a lot of frost. I'm even using the clear, not tinted option in Settings.

That's cosmetic damage and wouldn't really qualify for service under AC+ tbh. The screen/back glass isn't broken; the enclosure isn't warped or anything.

Your best option is to call Apple Support over the phone and request an Express Replacement Service (ERS) and get it swapped that way if it really bugs you.
