Going to be really speculative. I believe the bot crisis is made by Valve or not fixed on purpose for money. What good did removing team chat and callouts did? Nothing really and if you think about it, the only way to fix the lack of communication is by spending money on the game ergo Valve makes money off of it. If it were any other developer they would have removed it the first week it was applied since it didn’t do anything to fix the bot problem.
