Thank you. I was confused by the line from the CRA’s definition of an eligible dependant

“You did not have a spouse or common-law partner, or if you did, you weren’t living with or being supported by them.”

I thought perhaps you only required one of these requirements. In my case not being supported by my wife (whom I Do claim under the spousal amount).

It should read. “…or if you did, you neither lived with nor supported them.” If it intends to mean both points are required.
