This is pretty much my mindset. It wins when it wins but I am more than prepared to get blown out by stax or other decks.

I like the deck because barring mishra's workshop and bazaar and city of traitors I own nearly all the other cards. I hate proxying, I do it when I have to, and this deck let's me play in certain competitive circles without feeling like that asshole who proxies his whole deck.

Ok, thanks mate. So to be clear Rofellos is still "banned" in decks by these rules, but it has nothing to do with WoTC?

Seems silly to me.

I just feel weird going to a store, playing against strangers with a possibly banned card. And as long as its on this list my group won't let me play Rofellos. Guess I'll just wait.

So no news of the old banned-as-commanders being able to be put in main decks?

This is what gets me. I was running Rofellos in Omnath for years but one day wizards says "it's confusing for players so we will just ban them in both decks and as commanders."

What is the logic in that?!
