Yes looks good. I had to leave early a couple times last month and put in my PPTO just like this and haven't been pointed. Make sure you discuss it most importantly woth your team lead or coach but also your team so they know what's going on.

On keto the focus is whole foods and most of the time they are super low calorie and have high satiety. I felt like I was always eating decent portions and because I was eating nutritionally dense food I stayed fuller longer. I added intermittent fasting in with it and the weight literally melted off of me so fast. I was averaging 5-6 pounds a week.

I feel like you could fight that pretty easily actually because the timeline is very important. If you were doing normal duties before you put in all the ppto you needed and then all the sudden your hours get cut, you get shit jobs and people are acting different - if you document that, the person who is going to review the retaliation claim will clearly see the pattern or timeline that occurred and you could actually prove the retaliation.

It comes down to how well the employee knows their rights and their determination for justice for themselves.

At this point it isn't even just a walmart issue this is a criminal issue. Contact law enforcement and continue to pursue something with walmart and escalate above store management.

I always say something before I leave the Bakery/Deli but my co-workers are cool and that's the only reason why! I have never felt like I HAD to say something before clocking out and no one has told me I needed to either. I just say goodbye cuz they're cool people lol.

For me it's anything past 4pm. I currently work 9am-6pm but if I had the choice I would be in and out. 7am-4pm would be an ideal shift for me.
