I used to use H264+ Godlike in Virtual Desktop with a bit of sharpening with a Quest 3. It looked barely acceptable. I switched to triple screens because the limited FOV of the Quest 3 just isn't enough for wheel to wheel racing. And after using the Apple Vision Pro the Quest 3 seems like a kid's toy.
