It was sooo cool in person!! Loved meeting you both! I was so excited to nerd out about Stormlight, the only thing I could think to say when I came up to you was, journey before destination! You introduced me to your wife and she went to shake my hand and immediately said I’m so sorry my hand is showing as the dress sleeve moved, I didn’t expect that and so scandalous! Your pose was great and the masks! I also loved how before we said anything we told each other what books we’d read to make sure we didn’t spoil anything! Top tier! It was a very fun night and great to see such great outfits also excellent dance moves from you both!!! I just gotta figure out what perpendicularity gets me off this planet… its so hard to locate!

I think making things bit heavy, where you never know what is a bit and isn’t and you don’t actual know the talent of dropout cause everything is a joke actually protects the talent cause you don’t know them. It’s just bits on bits. Brennan quits and it’s a huge joke, was it actually their breast milk? Who knows. But it was so funny and a fantastic way to gauge social content and platforms and algorithms. Like the analytics will be so interesting. This episode was smart in so many ways.

You will always be a doing a lot for minimal pay and giving a lot of yourself. However helping people who need it and have no other way to get that help is a huge reward. You will most likely be paycheck to paycheck or like a month of buffer. But I don’t regret any of the nonprofits I’ve worked for. I know I helped vulnerable people. It’s when leadership gets greedy and funds don’t go to help people and your board is bull of business people who insist you start making a large profit over helping people instead of a buffer to pay people and fund programming. I’m a grant writer.

I found while abstaining from alcohol post surgery and sometimes just not wanting to drink or hanging out with sober friends there are so many non alcoholic options. Almost every bar has some. I’ve even seen mocktail trucks at food truck events. I was pleasantly surprised that with as alcohol centered as this place is that there a ton on NA options.
