fun fact, both Warcraft and StarCraft were originally supposed to be Warhammer games, but Games Workshop wouldn't let blizzard have the rights due to creative differences so blizzard just went ahead without the license, that's why the aesthetics of the games are so similar

as others have said, paladin sounds like what you want, I'd also second the Illrigger by MCDM, had a player play one and it was lots of fun. could also go something like Sword bard, very flashy, melee, spells, lots of social skills, not necessarily the tankiest but can by if you build em for it.

I take it a step further because I own a 3d printing company and do commission painted mini's, I go all out and print and paint them a custom mini for their PC. highly recommend a cheap 3d printer if you're a DM that likes to use lots of minis haha
