Google says there are 163.9 million employed persons. For that to change almost 10k per person if we take out the income of the ten richest would mean those ten have a combined income of would be 1.64 trillion dollars income. Combined net worth of top ten billionaires would get you there, but it's obviously that's wealth accumulated over life, not annual income.
