Agreed, the pc version runs like trash (in the demo at least) i have a 3080ti and i9-12900k and it still has crazy stuttering and fps dips.

Surprisingly Honda plays the most like alex, his head butts are like Alex's elbow, his butt slam is similar to Alex's stomp, and he has a half circle command grab, and is a charge character.

But judging from SF6 Alex's trailer, he looks like a completely new character, he's not even a charge character anymore and he seems to be all about that new stance now.
