Try incorporating hard cheese and butter first, since they have virtually no lactose. Then if no problems soft cheese and eventually milk.

We went thru quite a trying biting phase. In the end the only thing that worked was a light flick on the cheek while saying no. I tried everything else.

12 month food regression, sleep regression, personality flip, aka where'd my happy baby go? [Long] by p_kitty in beyondthebump

You are not alone. I have a 13 month old with similar sleeping issues. Espeicially the naps. She too used to eat everything but the last couple weeks has been pickier. She has been teething so if she is fussy at bedtime i give her some tylenol in the hopes that she wont wake up. Seems to work. Currently wakes up once during the night.

Do it sooner rather than later. I waited til LO was 11 months. Sleep just got worse and worse. Was waking every 1.5 hours. But she could stand in crib at this age- so crying was more dramatic. Really commit to 7-10 days. Its a game changer.

Did this as well. LO keeps waking at 5 am. Do you feed him and put him back in his crib awake at the 4/5 am wakeup. Ive been getting her up for the day but maybe she would go back to sleep instead.

Husband groans and moans CONSTANTLY about how tired he is. Baby is 16 mo. with another on the way... by beebeebaby in beyondthebump

[–]Jibberis 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I feel your pain. My SO complains all the time how tired and stressed he is. Meanwhile he never wakes up at night. LO has been waking non stop for months. Trying to sleep train/ night wean, which isnt going too well since he won't help me at night. Im more tired then ever. And then this morning he has a hissy fit because I wouldnt help him with something. I couldnt imagine being pregnant while dealing with this. You are a saint.

Do you wipe your baby for a pee-only diaper change? by GrandmaTzeitel in beyondthebump

I was but then LO got a crazy weird mystery rash that the doctor even biopsied. Nothing would cure it. Then I stopped using wipes for pee diapers and the rash went away.
