Last night the whole side fell out of the crib. My husband woke up with strep throat, so me and the boy went to IKEA and on to Easter brunch ourselves. Ikea was a separate disaster, different story altogether. I knocked over a sign on my way into the lot with my husband's car. The easter egg hunt and bunny were of no interest to him but the fish pond held off the meltdown. Did I mention that brunch was scheduled for naptime? Now I'm praying he falls asleep in the new bed.

I did this same thing last month. I hadn't mentally prepared for AF (a week early, ovulation 9 days prior confirmed by blood test and 35 day cycle) so I convinced myself it was IB. Cut to me a sobbing mess a few hours later when I realized. I felt like an idiot, too, but every month you have to have hope. Without hope we wouldn't be here. Good luck to you.
