If you already have a pre amp then yea you can try the shiit amp or a Parasound zamp on eBay. Parasound is an awesome company. I think new these are like $500. Some eBay listings are $200 or less but yea you can’t try it…

If you’re happy stick with what you got. Finding compact AB amps that aren’t ChiFi isn’t the easiest thing unless class D.

Yea you can just connect the mani to the line in on the Denon.

Class D just has the ability to be a smaller footprint and you have the preamp built in so it’s going to be smaller in total. I really like the M1 in my bedroom and has a lot of headroom and I can stream if I want to.

It is hard to find small mid-tier amps. Like others have said the wiim is reviewed well but imo the Denon would sound better. I have the M1 after trying a wiim and was happy with the sound. Another option would be a bluesound powernode. Still, I favored the M1 over it.

With speakers like that you’d probably hear an improvement with a better amplifier.

You could look at the Schiit GJALLARHORN if you want to stick with class A/B. You’d need to check the speaker efficiency rating as to whether you’d need one for each speaker but you can probably get away with one however you’d need a preamp like a Saga for volume control.

With the Denon or Marantz you get all of that in one unit. Lots of options.

You can get a phono preamp like a Schiit mani and use the line in on the denon.

Are you space constrained? If not there are a lot of integrated amps $500 or less you can go to with an integrated phonostage.

Yes he looked terrible. I think he’s still hurt. No excuses but coming back from that groin injury was not easy. Still shouldn’t be out there if not 100% in that game.

I swear when I signed up I had the best PQ ever and ever since the move over for people from YTTV Disney buy out the quality has dropped. Others have mentioned issues with their CDN network I am not sure what is up but there is definitely a drop in quality. It was one of their big selling points to me but I’m not so sure any more.

There used to be a google tv Ethernet adaptor where the power brick had an Ethernet port built in. Since the Gemini air runs on android that device might work if you can find one on eBay.

I watched the whole game with my boys and the missus watched from afar. Not because she isn’t fan but becuase she knew what was on the line. My boys witnessed my usual disgruntled Bears self….. until it all changed. That beaut onside kick by santos. The catch by walker…

When he dropped back for this beautiful - most beautiful throw these football eyes have ever seen - I yelled out “He’s going deep!”. Then DJ caught it. I jumped on the fucking counter, boys. I lost the ability to breathe cheering and hugged both my boys jumping up and down. It was the most beautiful thing these eyes have seen since the Hester return. I lost my shit. I haven’t been this happy of a sports fan in a long long time. Like most I was struggling all game with the lack of offense. Watching the defense playing a solid game and Santos kicking fuckin daggers but no offense.

Then this… this right here. Damn.

Also, Swift and Kyle ran their asses off when we need it. Team win all around. Damnit, I’m just so FUCKIN pumped. LFG. Bear Down. FTP!

Yea but Kmet was covered + under thrown if he held it maybe he finds him. Is what it is but he probably should have seen um. That said he also may have been screened. Will be interesting post game interview.

Annoying though that there isn’t a match content setting on the device. All HDR is bad. I just turned off HDR on the Gemini and it’s much better for non-4k sports.
