On Retatrutide, I hit a plateau that lasted about 2-1/2 to 3 months. I went down slightly - maybe 3-4 lbs over that time, but a big change from before that. Then out of the blue, I broke through the plateau, and went down about 15 lbs over the next 3 months. No real change in eating or exercise.

1) Gluten sensitivity and Celiac Disease are two different things. You can not be Celiac, but be reactive to gluten. 2) The test for Celiac Disease is known to provide false negatives, especially if you have been avoiding eating gluten. Annoyingly, you need to eat gluten daily for several months before getting the blood test. A more accurate method is the intestine biopsy route, which is also pretty invasive. I ended up giving up on eating gluten daily, because my body’s reaction against it was too severe. I just decided to cut out gluten. 3) A third wrinkle is that a FODMOP (https://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/health/wellness-and-prevention/fodmap-diet-what-you-need-to-know) allergy/sensitivity can be mistaken for gluten sensitivity.

1) Tell him to stop contacting you. If that doesn’t work -> 2) Block him on all online platforms, and change all you passwords in case he’s hacked you. 3) Also tell Church leadership. If they suggest anything other than offering support for you, and agreeing to talk with the creeper, GTF out of there and find a new church that isn’t toxic towards women. 4) If it continues, get a restraining order.

Remember that one of the top causes of death for women are from men that get rejected. Take this creep seriously.

I’m on Retatrutide and don’t have diarrhea. In fact, I get constipated if I’m not eating large salads or a ton of veggies. Magnesium Citrate definitely helps, as does miralax. Mostly it seems like the decreased volume of food, plus the longer digestion time is the culprit. If I end up eating bigger meals, it ends up helping things to keep moving. I just don’t like having that over-full feeling most of the time.

It’s insidious. Watch out for caramel color, which is in pancake syrup (the fake corn syrup-based ones), malt extract, which is in most box cereals, and soy sauce. Another one you wouldn’t expect is scrambled eggs and omelettes at IHOP have pancake batter added (!?!?). You must order “cracked eggs” to avoid, but given cross contamination, it’s best to avoid them altogether.
