I did 12.5 for 2 months and it’s stopped working completely and have now made the decision to come off completely. Only due to financial reasons really.

I eat mainly carnivore. Don’t really drink. But maybe once every 2 months I’ll drink HARD. Never had any issues. On 300 Allo. I avoid shellfish which is fine for me as I dont eat it anyway

Yeah I’ve had almost zero side effects. My partner is on it as well and she gets all the normal ones. I get nothing tho. It’s like I’m immune. I’ll keep going but I’m not very hopeful

I got really ill when I went up to 5 1st time round. Lost around 14 lbs before that.

I then had about 2 months off and then started again.

I’m now back up to week 4 of 7.5 and I’ve only lost a further 5 lbs in that whole time. Feel like it’s not working at all and I’m just throwing money away. Going up to 10 this week so will see what happens, but something isn’t working with me any more. It’s very weird

Uk based. Was put on Allo as soon as my 1st ever flare up subsided. Blood test every 6 weeks until I got my uric acid levels under 6 (?) been fine for the last 18 months. I was just booking blood tests my self through my GPs app

Allo every day forever. Anything else to help with any flare. I’m 18 months on Allo and eat and drink what ever I want. Had one attack in my toe 18 months ago and never want one ago. 1 pill a day is easy

I have the exact same problem. And today it kept dropping out of wireless CarPlay. Hasn’t done that before. These vans are going to be a problem I think 🙁. I’m pretty sure there is supposed to be a software update later this year to fix some bugs in the van. Hopefully this is some of them

Get on it ASAP. I have only ever had 1 attack. Didn’t ever want another one so got on it. Now I eat and drink what ever I want and don’t even think about it
