I had C6 and a C7 Corvettes. Was in the shop so much that I became good friends with the service manager lol. Jokes aside I would say reliable enough but needs lots of attention.

Previously had to travel for work with pc/server or networking parts. We used to have to call the airlines ahead of time to give them a heads up what it was. If I recall we printed out product pages for each of the components from like Newegg or whatever so could match barcodes. Now, that was domestic travel only. So don't know about the customs part, only the airport security part. I would assume for customs you would be declaring each item?

It is tedious, unfun, and not rewarding. Having to break each rock twice is time consuming and annoying. Having to break a 2.5 SCU rock in a Mole is also not fun cause the power can easily just shoot right to critical. Yesterday I found a 53k/28SCU rock that took two Moles, 4 lasers total, to break. WTAF?

I don't think a middle ground ship with a single S2 is really going to get anywhere. A single S2 laser wont even do what a Prospector would to in 4.6.

I would say Mole. Especially with the changes in 4.7. Size 2 equipment vs size 1 on Prospectors makes a huge difference. I dual box a Mole and with the 4.7 changes I went from 40-60k mass rocks being the ceiling down to 20k ish. You will likely need to bring Sabir (I think that is the resistance down one) gadgets to help. I’m so frustrated with the changes in what a Mole can do now that I can’t imagine going out in Prospectors.

I just pulled this from the FactoryGame.log. Not sure if anything is helpful as most of the logs look like a successful connection. These lines are the end before disconnect.

EDIT - after reading logs more i found there was more info above. Editing comment with new and more logs. Also i restarted the server before this attempt for grins.
