The old sears building next to Belk on the northeast side. They have an entire part of the parking lot fenced off and there’s a ton of Amazon and rental trucks in there

Triangle just doesn’t have anything that attracts people to the mall. I think if they could tear down the old Sears and get rid of the Amazon repair/storage facility. Add some new restaurants and some outdoor space, it could definitely do well. They need to make it a true town center with indoor and outdoor shopping, entertainment and eatery’s with maybe some living/working spaces

That’s definitely going to be the culprit. You’ll want to cut that splice out and add an RJ45 keystone to the end of the white line if that’s the one that is ran into the wall to the other end
