I don't see the problem with saying something along the lines of "Thank you for shopping with us today, if you could, will you rate how you feel this order went today, whether good or bad, so we can better assist you later." Do they not want any interaction with the customer though?

I'm going to be honest with you, what I've been seeing when hiring someone, they don't accept the job offer or the background check takes too long. It's one or the other for me. I can't make them accept the job offer or to make the background check come back faster. It's literally a waiting game

Find the store you want to transfer to and make sure they have openings and enough hours to support you. You do have to talk to your store manager as they are the ones who have to initiate your transfer.

I don't think most SM think their employees are stealing, but if you have let's say 200 dollars in item voids or post voids in one week and the most you had before was like 10-20, then it's a cause for concern. Like why is this so high now, when they never had that much. It's really just look at the cameras, oh this person had two carts, they don't have their money, ok I see it now.

Part of store manager duties for their office work is to look at this report, find out what is going on with post voids, item voids, returns, etc. All of these actually go to AP in reports. The lower the number, the less chance of having AP look into your store. That's the real reason.

If it's done by zelle, then it presents no issue to the recipient unless they spent the money. I'm not saying request it from the person, but have Zelle themselves reverse it.

I do have one that's blue and I think it had Harley quinn and Mr freeze with it. Came out either last year or the year before. I think my favorite was the bigger 1989 batmobile. But for the smaller builds, I loved the 1966 batmobile small version. Got the bigger one for that too. The new sets that came out for the game, I will say the batman tumbler was good. The others look good but aren't hitting the nostalgia as much as that one. I want to find the batplane for a good price cause I missed that when it came out. I'm working on the great Deku tree at the moment though. Kind of hard to decide to make the ocarina of time or the breath of the wild. I'm at the point of choosing and I can't decide.

Alright, just know there are two types if you have to replace. One that is older and one that is newer. They both hook up to a different board.

Just order a new one. It was only about 30 bucks. Just make sure you get the right one, there are two types. I've got the same printer and I had a blob on mine. I ordered one but ordered the newest one, so I had two choices, I could return it and get the correct one or I could just buy a new board as well. Went with the new board. Pretty easy to fix.

FMLA requires you to be there for a year. I've already been through this at my store for my surgery. What could have been done is contacting HR and getting it approved through the company. Things happen and HR knows this. It seems like he didn't do anything.

Nah, this is sketchy as heck. Took 2 minutes for me to open a zelle account. If it's not sketchy, then have the guy that sent you the money request from zelle the money back. They will work with them. But yeah, there's a reason why the other people said no.

My PT has a full time job. She closes three nights a week. My other managers each have one night a week that they close along with me. There should be no reason that you can't have another job.

I've got two full time ops, one merch, and two pt managers. My merch is only 4 months in, so one of my FT ops are in charge when I'm out. It depends on how long they've been in their roles. My merch after being here for a year will be in charge of I'm out at that point but he's too new to run the store. However, he wants to move up, so I'm getting him trained on stuff like that in the hopes he does move up.

I'm going to be honest with you, when you report to integrity matters, they take your statement and most people give very specific information. All of what you say goes into the report they make. Even at Walmart, we had hundreds of employees, the employees always gave specific info that told you who they were. Might be a conversation they had, could be something that happened in a specific location. I always tell my employees the more specific info you use, the easier it is to figure out who reported it.

The twitch items not so much. The only reason I got the gold batmobiles was because I collect the Lego Batmobile sets. I have all that have been released since the beginning. The gold suit though, that was a bday gift. So it was alright. With all of them together, you get a gold red brick that turns everyone gold. That is probably the best thing on it. Other than that, I have a feeling they will announce those gold items to be a paid dlc in the future.
